At Zemura we believe that your hair care is about more than beautiful tresses, it's about self care. So we put extra attention in creating a space that speaks to your style and puts your busy mind at ease. With that in mind, we want to ensure that your time is scheduled just for you!  A confirmation text and email will be sent out for all guest when your appointment is officially on the books. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully require at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. This policy allows us to provide the Zemura experience all of our customers deserve. Late cancellations (as in cancellations inside the above time frames) will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Please note that “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Additionally, we give all of our amazing clients a 15 minute grace period for each appointment. If you arrive outside of that 15 minute period your appointment is subject to change and possible cancellation/reschedule. We are require all reservations to be secured with a credit card a phone number and email address.

House Keeping Rules

  • No food is allowed in the salon

  • Please come alone to your appointment. This includes children. Unless your child has an appointment, children are not allowed to accompany clients.

  • Please give your safe 10-15 minutes to find parking
